About Stephen

Stephen is a pragmatic, hands-on and experienced PLAiD (Product, Lean, Agile, Innovation and DevOps) specialist with a demonstrable history in successful, complex & large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Energy, Tech-Startup and IT consulting Industry.

He is currently a Product leader at ExxonMobil where he leads a global team of PLAiD professionals as part of the Digital Transformation of a $185B enterprise (~ 8000 personnel).He manages relationships with various stakeholders at senior levels, develops transformation roadmaps and strategies, using his high level competence in lean-agile, user research, design thinking and effective communication daily.

As a community organiser, trainer and speaker, he was instrumental in the introduction of the lean-agile culture at ExxonMobil. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, long walks, travelling, volunteering and seeking out opportunities to partner with others to spread Lean-Agile mindset, innovation/Entrepreneurial thinking, technical excellence and Diversity and Inclusion.
